BV's Famous 'Steamed in Beer' Baby Backs
Sure, you see ribs on the menu everywhere from Chili's to Muddy River to Ore Nell's.
But are they STEAMED IN BEER??
Of course not. Now sit up straight and pay attention.
Pick out some good looking baby backs at your favorite store and place them on mini racks in a large disposable aluminum foil turkey tray.
Drench the thirsty piglets in 3 or 4 cans of beer. Bottles or cans .. warm or cold.
Cover them with another sheet of foil and bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
Smell them yet? Ok, out they come.
For best results, mix up your own BBQ sauce concoction; the above sauce contains:
Bull's Eye Spicy, Jack Daniel's Original #7, garlic powder, and hot red pepper.
Place the happy oinkers on the grill .. medium heat.
Grill each side twice, basting each time you turn.
When they reach a light char, you're there.
Serve and discover the meaning of life.
